Dear Drivers in the Gem State,

Contrary to what seems to be a serious misconception around here, STOPPING at a RED LIGHT is not considered optional!!! Come on, people... You're going to kill someone.

    What?! Really?!?!? And I thought not stopping for pedestrians in crosswalks was bad!
